Typhoon 'Ofel' continues to weaken and is likely to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Friday afternoon, according to the latest bulletin of the state weather bureau.
PAGASA: Typhoon Ofel Continues to Weaken, Pepito Intensifies
PAGASA reported that Severe Tropical Storm Pepito was last spotted at 795 kilometers east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar with maximum sustained winds of 110 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 135 kph. Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 was raised in the following areas as Pepito strengthens:
